TASQ Staffing Solutions is actively seeking call center agents for Pavia and Iloilo City during the months of May and June 2024. To be considered for this position, candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in English, and be willing to work flexible shifts. High school or senior high school graduates are encouraged to apply. The client will provide detailed information about the salary and benefit packages.

As a call center agent, your responsibilities will include handling incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, documenting interactions, following company guidelines, and meeting performance targets. Ongoing training and staying updated on product knowledge and policies are expected. This is a full-time position.

For Account 1, the benefits include free meals and medicine, accidental and life insurance, allowances, a free shuttle service, and a perfect attendance bonus.

For Account 2, the benefits include skills premium pay, day 1 HMO coverage, convertible leaves, allowances, and life insurance.

For Account 3, the benefits include a P5,000 allowance on top of the salary, 20% night differential, and day one HMO coverage.
