What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with their questions and concerns.
• Provide clear and effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage and track interactions using client-specific tools and software.
• Handle each conversation with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
• Collaborate with your team to continuously improve customer support processes.
What We’re Looking For
• College graduate.
• At least 6 months of experience in an international voice account (BPO).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-first mindset and a strong attention to detail.
• Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, QC.
