Key Responsibilities: Conduct exploratory research and analysis on key real estate markets to determine the key market drivers and investment case assumptions. Assist in facilitating and monitoring the department's business expansion workstreams, which include but are not limited to: sourcing and evaluation of offers, due diligence, and investment case development. Coordinate/liaise with internal and external stakeholders related to the business expansion workstreams. Support the presentation of investment proposals, reports, and presentations for management and board updates and approvals. Perform other related work as necessary to support the organization's goals and objectives. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Architecture, Engineering, or Environmental planning. Work Experience: 2 - 3 years of real estate capital markets/ investments/business development experience. Experience in market research or land acquisition is an advantage.
