Overview

We’re seeking a curious and detail-oriented Senior Level UX/UI Designer to evolve and scale our design system across digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a foundational design practice while honing visual consistency, component logic, and user-centered thinking skills.

You’ll work closely with our UX team, strategists, engineers, and product team to build reusable patterns and improve the efficiency and quality of our design language. We'd love to hear from you if you have a passion for pixel-perfect UI, systems thinking, and thoughtful problem solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving the company’s design system across multiple products and platforms.
  • Design components and UI patterns with a focus on usability, scalability, and accessibility
  • Document usage guidelines and contribute to internal design libraries (e.g., Figma, Storybook)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and cohesion.
  • Participate in design critiques, user testing sessions, and team planning meetings.
  • Apply critical thinking to evaluate and solve design problems at a system level.
  • Learn and adapt from feedback and mentorship from senior designers.
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or a related field
  • A portfolio/use cases highlighting your UX process and real-world outcomes
  • Strong background using Figma
  • Understanding of component-based design and responsive UI principles
  • Solid visual design skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
  • A desire to grow, experiment, and learn from feedback
  • Must be able to fluently & clearly communicate complex ideas and designs with peers and stakeholders
Nice to Have
  • Experience contributing to a design system or style guide
  • Exposure to front-end development concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS, React components)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
