About the role

Great Image Services Corporation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to drive sales growth, manage branch operations, and lead a talented team. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and achieving ambitious sales targets. This role is integral to the expansion and success of our organisation in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning of all processes

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch revenue targets

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding customer service

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners in the region

• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management

• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities within the territory

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to enhance team capability and performance

• Manage branch budget and control operational costs whilst maintaining service quality

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within a services-based organisation

• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives

• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff

• Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities and growth potential

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and performance metrics

• Knowledge of the local market in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte would be advantageous

• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with head office teams

• Relevant sales or management qualification, or equivalent professional experience

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements and market conditions
