GROW is currently looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to be placed for one of our affiliate companies in the Academe Industry.

Our sister company is a well-known educational institution offering business and accounting courses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and preventing language, speech, and swallowing disorders.
  • Communicating with the students, and liaising with their family members, physicians, and teachers to design effective treatment plans.
  • Applying evidence-based therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care.
  • Educating students and their families on speech disorders and available therapies.
  • Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Educational background in speech therapy or speech-language pathology.
  • Relevant license (RSLP) and training certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience is required.
  • Sound understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments.
  • Excellent relationship-building, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
  • 45,000 to 60,000 Php
  • Package includes mandatory benefits, HMO, and leaves among others.
HIRING PROCESS
  • A total of 3 interviews will be conducted (phone screening, initial interview, and final interview).
