GROW is currently looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to be placed for one of our affiliate companies in the Academe Industry. Our sister company is a well-known educational institution offering business and accounting courses. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and preventing language, speech, and swallowing disorders. Communicating with the students, and liaising with their family members, physicians, and teachers to design effective treatment plans. Applying evidence-based therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care. Educating students and their families on speech disorders and available therapies. Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required. QUALIFICATIONS Educational background in speech therapy or speech-language pathology. Relevant license (RSLP) and training certifications. Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience is required. Sound understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments. Excellent relationship-building, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills. REMUNERATION PACKAGE 45,000 to 60,000 Php Package includes mandatory benefits, HMO, and leaves among others.
