Join to apply for the Converting Lamination Supervisor role at Flexible Packaging Products Corporation The successful candidate will perform managerial tasks when the immediate manager is not around and provide key decision making in their respective area that will be beneficial to the company. Responsibilities include: Attending meetings, discussions, and providing actions and commitment to external and internal customers. Providing internal & external communication when needed. Reviewing, monitoring, and providing action plans to ensure that set Quality Objectives for the Lamination Section are achieved. Monitoring daily production output & waste percentage and ensuring both are within specified targets. Random line inspection to check conformance of output to specification, conformance of operators to SOPs, and conformance to set machine parameters. Reviewing, updating, and revising SOPs and WIs as needed to improve and align existing procedures with actual practice on the shop floor. Preparing, monitoring, and ensuring adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedules. Ensuring that consumables and critical spare parts are readily available based on Machine Manuals and Parts Consumption History Analysis. Ensuring that all Production Monitoring Reports are reviewed, recorded in real-time, and complete for traceability and analysis. Coordinating with the Planner on the daily/weekly production plan schedule. Providing regular updates on the outcome of production output to align with all stakeholders (planner, customer service) and support groups (QA, IMD, R&D, Film). Performing cross-functional activities as needed. Performing other duties that may be assigned in relation to the current job. Requirements: College Graduate, preferably with an Engineering Course or a Two-Year Technical Course Graduate or College level with equivalent work experience. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory position in a manufacturing setting.
