Project Manager Join to apply for the Project Manager role at NEWCORE INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL, INC This role reports to the RPM and is the main point-of-contact for awarded projects. Responsibilities Analyze the project scope of work and timeline assigned by the RPM. Facilitate site markings and ensure implementation follows the drawings released by the Design and Technical Team. Communicate with contractors to set expectations on deliveries, quality, and timeline. Coordinate with the assistant on site to ensure all permits required for deliveries are settled. Spearhead Newcore’s kick-off meeting for the project, ensuring all required information is complete and discussed. Familiarize with the drawings to be implemented and raise any comments or questions as needed. Raise Purchase Requests for consumable materials, flight requests, and other non‑construction materials. Directly communicate with the client during client meetings for updates and queries. Manage project employees hired for the project. Delegate tasks to contractors to ensure smooth flow of the project. Ensure that all resources are properly used. Provide daily reports on challenges encountered. Provide weekly report indicating status, challenges, and proposed solutions. Ensure that quality on site meets Newcore’s standards. Coordinate with other departments to eliminate dependencies. Implement Health & Safety Standards on site. Coordinate with Building Admin for permits, gate passes, and clarifications with guidelines. Ensure punchlist items are resolved within 14 days upon receipt. Consolidate and provide copies of Test Results to the Compliance & Health and Safety Team. Attend project calls to discuss current status and challenges. Perform other duties as necessary or assigned. Minimum Qualifications At least 5 years experience as Project Manager / Construction Manager. Knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, and Electrical Works. Familiarity with interior fit‑out works. Hard‑working and proactive attitude. Ability to prepare a project timeline.
