Responsibilities Daily supervision of project / site / office works Updates activities throughout the project Responsible for all matters in relation to coordination and control of construction and/or other related CE works Coordinates on technical matters, submission and approvals of project Submits project reports and updates status of project progress Reviews project specifications, technical drawings and variation request Monitors quality, ensures smooth work progress, and controls budget up to finalizing accounts Conducts coordination meetings with contractors, maintenance personnel and security Requirements Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have passed the CE licensure exam Proficient in computer applications Those with outstanding academic and extra-curricular achievements will have an advantage Highly competent, self-driven and has passion for excellence Work experience in a construction or a real estate company is an advantage.
