Role: Digital Sales VA As a Digital Sales VA (internally, E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist), you are the revenue hero. You capture lost revenue and upscale the customer journey through personalized, persuasive outreach via email, SMS, and live chat. What You’ll Do Abandoned Cart Recovery: Reach out to potential buyers at the critical moment to close the sale.
