Job Description
  • Oversee standard and efficient day-to-day operations of the area of assignment; develop a structured business plan for mall operation; implement policies, guidelines and procedures in conformance with company standards.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate daily operations; manage personnel and resources; streamline workflows; monitor performance to promote productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants/clients, ensuring continuity of business and high levels of customer service; identify upsell opportunities and resolve issues proactively.
  • Lead and develop teams, including setting training needs, upskilling, coaching, and regular performance discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards; maintain high-quality standards across services and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and stakeholders; provide operational insights and align strategies with company goals.

  • Technical/Tooling: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Sheets experience; ability to create/manage complex spreadsheets.
