Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
Program Coordination: Coordinate and monitor health programs, ensuring they align with public health objectives and meet community needs.
Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of public health professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including budget oversight, allocation of funds, and procuring necessary materials and equipment.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret health data to evaluate program outcomes and support decision-making.
Community Outreach and Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local organizations, to foster community support.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal health regulations and maintain quality standards within the organization.
Training and Development: Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members and educate them on best practices in public health.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in public health, program management, or a supervisory role.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; familiarity with health data analysis tools.
Certifications: Public Health certification (optional but preferred) or experience in healthcare administration
