Customer Success Manager

Meet, greet, and provide best in class customer engagement to clients.
Optimize existing client base relationships & assist sales team with their cross-selling initiatives.
Experienced in stake holder mgt, including Director / VP level and senior HR execs.
Required experience of managing clients within the HR-Tech, talent services or similar.
Flexible WFH structure that requires attending client sites, expo’s etc.
Requirements:
Must have at least 8 years of relevant experience
Must live in Metro Manila or nearby
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with experts in providing the Talent Solutions and developing optimal organization efficiency required for companies to sustain and succeed in a competitive world.
Working Set-up: WFH
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
