Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist JFC’s Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist is responsible for the following: Profit Management & Strategies Develop 5-year financial plan for districts, aligned with RBU. Lead districts' financial budget and administrative cost. Interpret profit performance against annual budget. Evaluate financial analysis affecting district profit. Recommend profit maximization opportunities. Provide and evaluate restaurant forecasts. Analyze monthly administrative costs. Management Reporting & Analysis Provide and interpret financial/non-financial information. Implement changes in financial and management reporting. Provide reports to Senior Finance Manager and Operations Director. Supervise financial operations of districts. Implement streamlined financial activities. Evaluate network plans impacting financial viability. Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines. Interface with corporate group on restaurant requirements. Provide efficiency recommendations. Train internal and external clients. Ensure insurance coverage for Company-Owned restaurants. Translate data into meaningful information using charts and analytic tools. Develop tools for critical financial and operational information. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Must be a graduate of Finance, Management Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering or related courses. At least 3 years of experience in finance. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
