Overview TOA Global Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone, Central Luzon, Philippines Position Payroll Specialist Work Arrangement: Onsite Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday About this role Responsible for accounts and payroll duties across a variety of entities ensuring all processes are completed within required timeframes. Provide assistance as required with other Administration/Operations team members as may be required from time to time. They will be expected to work as part of a team and to carry out many tasks independently, being responsible for the quality of their own work. Key Responsibilities Accounts Administration Receipting and allocation of payments to customer accounts into accounting software Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness Assist the Accounts Receivable team with Debtor queries and debt collection Assist the Accounts Payable team with data entry into accounting software and payment of supplier invoices Undertake general accounts duties in line with capability demonstrated Payroll Assist in managing employee information in payroll system Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness Maintaining confidentiality and data integrity Process all pay runs within designated timeframes Assist with staff payroll enquiries Preparing documents, reports and correspondence as may be required Other Administration tasks Assist with managing client Xero file administration, including setting up new Xero files and ongoing Xero support as needed Assist other Operations staff with tasks as required Practice Administration Meets all practice management and work deadlines in accordance with the firm’s policy Completes all administrative tasks (e.g. timesheets/ time recording/ performance appraisals in line with firm’s deadlines and policy) Timesheets submitted on a daily basis About You Qualifications and Skills: At least 2 years of experience in AU Payroll Administration Strategic Contribution & Collaboration : Actively supports team initiatives and fosters seamless teamwork.
