Thai & Vietnamese Bilingual Specialist | Up to ₱120K | Taguig Work Setup: 100% Onsite – Taguig / Vertis NorthStart Date: November 25, 2025Schedule: Shifting (including nights, weekends, and holidays)Openings: 2 Headcount (1 Thai, 1 Vietnamese)Salary Range: ₱95,000 – ₱120,000 monthly + ₱2,500 allowance Key Responsibilities Handle customer or technical support inquiries in Thai or Vietnamese , with English as a secondary language. Manage requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns via phone, chat, or email. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate resolutions and high customer satisfaction. Maintain performance targets on quality, efficiency, and communication. Qualifications Native or non-native Thai or Vietnamese speaker with strong English skills. At least 2 years in college (required). Minimum 1 year BPO experience — CSR for Thai role / TSR or IT Help Desk for Vietnamese role. Amenable to onsite work in Taguig or Vertis North.
