CAD Operator

Position Title: CAD Operator Work Set Up: On-site Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PH Time Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga Quick Rundown We are looking for a CAD Operator to monitor and prepare detailed plumbing, mechanical, and electrical plans, including preliminary, construction, and as-built drawings. This role involves applying markups, creating schematics, developing 3D details, and ensuring all designs meet client specifications and industry standards. The specialist ensures accuracy, layout consistency, and compliance with technical requirements. What You'll Do Prepare preliminary, construction, and as-built plans for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical services Apply mark-up to the plans Create mechanical and electrical details Layout plans with respect to the mark-up detail provided by the client Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings Ensure that schematics (electrical and mechanical) match the layout within the plans Create 3D details What We're Looking For At least 1 year experience in construction industry Any degree with Architecture or Engineering Proficient in using AutoCAD and SketchUp Good communication and comprehension skills Strong attention to details Why You'll Love Joining the CO Fam At Clark Outsourcing , we’re redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
