Sure-spot Distribution Corporation is a distributor of FMCG products based in Davao City.
We are hiring a detail-oriented Finance Head to oversee and manage all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
Manage cash flow, accounts, and internal controls.
Analyze performance and implement improvements.
Lead audits and oversee financial processes.
Supervise and develop the finance team.
Troubleshoot finance-related issues and provide solutions.
Support strategic planning and cost optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or a related field (preferably with CPA license).
At least 5 years of practical work experience in finance and administration.
In-depth understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates a positive work attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
