Bancassurance Financial Advisor – Quezon City Be a Financial Advisor at EastWest Ageas Insurance and earn a base salary of ₱20,000 plus the following incentives: Monthly incentive up to ₱15,000 Monthly incentive up to ₱18,000 based on performance Unlimited earning potential from sales commissions and bonuses Perks include: Unlimited earning potential Work‑life balance with fixed dayshift and weekends off Observance of Philippine bank holidays Fun and engaging workplace Responsibilities Achieve productivity targets (sales, policy count, persistency rating) Maintain strong relationships with EastWest Bank staff and customers; collaborate with the bank to promote EWA’s solutions Conduct financial planning and recommend life insurance solutions to bank customers, helping them reach their goals Solicit new business and cross‑sell/up‑sell to the bank’s customer base Manage the entire process from application to delivery and after‑sales service, performing customer service and business conservation Plan and report activities both to the Sales team and the bank partner Attend regular Sales team meetings Set annual check‑in meetings with customers for financial review, stay engaged throughout milestones, and secure referrals Ensure compliance with internal and external requests are understood and implemented Stay informed about financial markets and industry competitors Qualifications Professional, confident, and with strong interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Sales‑oriented, self‑motivated, and eager to succeed High enthusiasm and energy Flexible and adaptable to changing situations Works well in a team and independently Ability to understand customer needs and deliver a positive experience Completed at least 2 years of college and relevant experience in sales or customer service Fresh graduates from business‑related courses welcome Experience in dealing with customers, especially in a financial institution, is an advantage At least 2 years of experience selling goods or services to individual customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Employment Details Seniority Level: Associate Employment Type: Full‑time Job Functions: Sales, Customer Service, Finance Industry: Insurance and Financial Services Location: Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines #J-18808-Ljbffr
