-Repairing and unclogging toilet, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wood floors. Installing and repairing wires, plug, and switches.
-Tracking inventory to ensure adequate maintenance supplies. Ensuring fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits remain in excellent working condition.

Qualification:
-Must have knowledge and skills in repairing Aircon, Washing Machine, Refrigerator (Appliances)
-Willing to make trips to other properties of company in Metro Manila.
-Preferably with own motorcycle

Benefits:
Duty every day is 8hrs (18k-19k)
Paid OT
Meal Allowance 1,500
Performance bonus every month (Up to 2,000 - Performance Based)
13th month
Government Mandatory Benefits

Location: To be assign in Pasig Area

Main office office is located at Parañaque (Near Ayala Malls Manila Bay)
