Job Summary We are looking for an experienced FP&A Lead to guide our financial planning and analysis efforts. This pivotal role involves structuring financial strategies, guiding crucial fiscal decisions, and enhancing business initiatives with precise, data‑driven insights. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across departments, providing thorough analysis essential for strategic direction. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting and Analysis: Maintain weekly financial reports and conduct monthly deep dives for presentation to the senior leadership team. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. Oversee and guide monthly financial reporting processes, including preparation of variance analysis, detailed management reports, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance insights. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting cycle and create financial forecasts reflecting company and industry developments.Ensure that budgeting and forecasting efforts are aligned with strategic objectives and provide insightful analyses to support strategic decisions. Strategic Initiatives: Lead strategic M&A analysis and may be asked to conduct due diligence for potential acquisitions. Provide strategic financial insights and facilitate data understanding for effective decision‑making by senior leadership. Mentorship and Process Improvement: Mentor and integrate financial perspectives with other analysts, enhancing financial literacy across functional teams. Improve processes for streamlined financial reporting, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility across the organization. Automate and streamline financial analysis by moving towards SQL and Python. Co‑create regular financial reports with the management accounting team in line with management requirements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools. Strong financial modeling and strategic analysis skills. Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders effectively. Preferred Qualifications Industry experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or automotive parts. Experience working within ERP systems, preferably SAP HANA. Some experience with programming languages, specifically SQL and Python. MBA, CMA, and/or CPA certification is a plus. Prior experience in conducting process improvements and automation initiatives.
