  • Responsible to oversee the Product On-Time Deliveries and Cycle Time commitment to Business unit and costumer driving and controlling the company’s goal.
  • Co-Chairs project coordination meetings across functional and business unit group and facilitate speedy resolution on program plans challenges.
  • collaborates decision making authority as necessary and influencing skills to instruct others and minimize schedule slip with respect on the program plans.
  • Confirmation and manage the Sales and Operation Review (S&OP) and actions implementation to manage the Source plan, capacity allocations and expansions and production readiness ramp.
  • Alignment on Product Development Phase (PDP) gates in managing product transfer, defining source plan strategy and collaboration with Sales, Design and Business unit for live ramp productions.
  • Collaborates Product Lead time matrix and cycle time improvements across the operations and business unit’s review.
  • Support the Customer Escalations and Advance Launches mechanism coordinated to top management and operations to meet customer expectations.
  • Lead the Daily Operational Reviews and mitigations plans for identified Risk shipments and work together with Operations and Sales accounts for addressing the customer requirements.
  • Primary objective - Meet weekly, quarterly throughput results aligned to capacity targets, deliver quality products consistently and develop continuous improvement in manufacturing technology & process control which yield, as a byproduct, higher levels of efficiency and productivity as measured in the aggregate and on a per unit basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manage Product Team consisting of Planners, Process Engineers, VMC programmers, and Production Supervisors in pursuit of stated aims and goals, in coordination with Functional Managers.
  2. Develop, control, plan & exécutions Order fulfillment and escalation path for customer.
  3. Collaborates to provide concept of idea, planning, scheduling and organizing the program for exécutions, monitoring and controlling for program management life cycle.
  4. Support the product and factory growth and support proper NPI transfers thru PDP gates into normal production.
  5. Establish and maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for presentation in management meetings.
  6. Develop and sustain productivity improvements using data analysis and related manufacturing tools.
  7. Ensure processes are in place to alert Management of potential or actual risk in completing Customer orders and planned program/ projects and the impact of the risk.
  8. Collaborate with Supply chains, supplier development and strategic sourcing and procurement team to support and ensure the needs necessary to production capacity targets.
  9. Ensure that all management reporting with data analytics supports are publish on time
  10. Actively participate and support the company's quality policy according to corporate standards, lead a culture of Zero Defects standard, deploy the required tools (8D, FMEA, Control Plans, OCAP, DMAIC) and data analysis within cross functional teams to achieve the committed results.
  • In all area of responsibilities, the incumbent is responsible in demonstrating integrity in its business dealings with people & organizations and should operate consistent to its corporate highest ethical standards.

  • Perform work safely and in accordance with the EHS Policy, Procedures and provisions of the Standards, and to report any work hazard (unsafe conditions or unsafe practices) that may be discover in the workplace and to make suggestion for correction or removal of the potential hazards.
  • Practice the 5S and waste segregation program, and to support the activities on waste reduction, storm drain management, water and energy consumption reduction.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education :Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management
  • Experience :Minimum of ten (5-10) years in a manufacturing or quality environment related to high precision, high mix machine shop environment, with a minimum of five years' managerial experience.
  • Skill/ Technical Requirements :Proficient with the use of MS Office Application, Knowledge on ISO 9001 standards, Knowledge in data analytics and statistics

  • Functional/ Technical Competencies : Advance Documentation Knowledge, Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma

  • Leadership Competencies : Manage Change, Financial Acumen, Relationship Building, Developing Others & Teams
