About the Role We are looking for a Researcher who is a quick and eager learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets under a deadline. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to make calls and send emails to research partners based in Australia and New Zealand. Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Gathering and verifying ongoing and upcoming construction projects across Australia or New Zealand Finding and qualifying information on these projects via phone, email, internet, and newspaper research Building and maintaining an assigned portfolio of construction projects as they move through development stages of construction Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be a graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Bachelor of Arts-related studies Be open to a probationary contract, which includes a structured 1-4 week training program focused on performance, attendance, and adaptability Have high-level English proficiency (written and verbal) Be comfortable making outbound calls Be hard-working and able to multi-task Be willing to work in Makati City #J-18808-Ljbffr
