The Role We are partnering with an innovative analytics company to find a talented Technical Solutions Engineer for their AI-powered analytics platform. This hands‑on role combines technical expertise with customer success to deliver exceptional experiences for users of an advanced business intelligence solution. Key Responsibilities Drive customer success through technical support, problem-solving, and platform enablement (50% support, 30% enablement, 20% success initiatives) Collaborate with engineering, product, and go‑to‑market teams to create first‑class user experiences Develop comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and best practices Troubleshoot complex technical issues in customer environments Own customer communication regarding issue resolution, product enhancements, and roadmap developments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence/Databases Strong fundamentals in Computer Science and Databases Proficiency in SQL and Data Modeling Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) Expertise in at least one major BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning Background in building customer support processes and knowledge bases Working knowledge of agile development methodologies.
