Join to apply for the SOC L2 Incident Responder role at Trends Group Inc. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SOC L2 Incident Responder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating and supporting activities that will help improve existing operations and operationalize new service portfolios to achieve service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer retention. Responsibilities Investigate, analyze, and respond to incidents or crises within the pertinent domain to mitigate immediate and potential threats. Use mitigation, preparedness, and response and recovery approaches, as needed, to minimize the impact of incidents and maximize the survival of information security. Participate in activities that promote a harmonious working environment, such as demonstrating trust and respect and practicing open communication. Collaborate with other teams to improve workflows, documentations, standards, and processes. Ensure effective and efficient processes are followed and comply with escalation protocols. Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Security Operations, particularly in Incident handling. Trainings and/or certifications on IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and/or Information Security are required. Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles, computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies. Ability to apply SOAR playbooks and SIEM correlation rules for investigating host and network-based intrusions. Working Conditions Reporting to the company’s main office in Makati City.
