Office Location: 1614 The Meridian, Golam Dr, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu Work Arrangement: Hybrid Setup Key Accountabilities

• Design and optimize databases, create efficient queries, and manage data within web applications using database management systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve issues, ensuring proper functionality, performance, and security.
• Work closely with clients, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements, provide technical input, and communicate progress and challenges effectively.
• Use scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
• Confer with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
• Direct or perform website updates.
• Edit, write, or design website content, and direct team members who produce content.
• Back up files from websites to local directories for recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not always required for fresh graduates). While previous experience is a plus, fresh graduates can compensate by highlighting their relevant skills, demonstrating their potential through writing samples or projects, and expressing a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
• Experience with server-side programming languages and familiarity with relevant frameworks.
• Knowledge of database management systems and database design.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
• Understanding of web security best practices and familiarity with common security vulnerabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
