Water Treatment and Chemical Laboratory Manager

Position Summary: This position is responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of Water Treatment System, Wastewater Treatment, and Chemical Laboratory in accordance with Company policies, standards, and procedures and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as planning and controlling the budget for resources and services needed to safely and efficiently contribute in the attainment of the Company’s power generation objectives and targets. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering Preferably Registered Chemist or Registered Chemical Engineer At least 5 years experience as Chemist or Chemical Engineer in a power generation plant or 8 years Chemist or Chemical Engineer in industrial setting At least 5 years supervisory experience Competencies: Water Treatment and Laboratory Management Water Treatment Operations Laboratory Operations Power Plant Operations and Chemistry Control Regulatory Compliance and Permit Requirements Plant Safety, Health, & Environment Management Industry Acumen #J-18808-Ljbffr
