Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Coordinator with SQL experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong background in general business operations and database management. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities while providing key support for data-driven projects. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows and performing data analysis using SQL. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee and improve daily operational processes and workflows. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of business activities. Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Handle logistics, inventory management, or supply chain tasks as needed. Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries and problem-solving. Data & Technical Support: Utilize SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data from various back-end systems. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on operational performance. Assist in maintaining data integrity and accuracy within databases. Collaborate with technical teams to understand system architecture and data flow. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. General Support: Quickly grasp and adapt to new systems, software, and processes. Provide administrative support to the operations team and management. Develop and update procedural documentation. Qualifications Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar operations-focused role. Basic proficiency in SQL (structured query language) with the ability to write basic queries, joins, and aggregations. Solid understanding of back-end systems and database structures; comfortable with concepts like tables, schemas, and data relationships. Experience in integrating operations tools e.g. Zendesk, Asana. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; quick learner with the ability to understand complex processes and new technologies rapidly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
