Overview

Warehouse & Logistics Support Engineer (Project-based) - 2 Year Contract. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Support Engineer – Warehouse & Logistics with a background in Civil Engineering to support the design, construction, and operational optimization of warehouse infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse capacity analysis, logistics flow support, and infrastructure expansion projects.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct warehouse capacity analysis to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Support logistics movement, including inbound and outbound flows, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
  • Participate in both design and construction phases of warehouse infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of warehouse design with logistics requirements.
  • Provide technical support in the installation and expansion of racking systems, fire protection systems, and other warehouse infrastructure.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements for warehouse and logistics integration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineering License (CE) is required.
  • Proven experience in warehouse building and expansion projects, including infrastructure systems.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, particularly warehouse-related flows.
  • Familiarity with racking systems, fire protection systems, and other warehouse infrastructure components.
  • Experience working on projects that combine warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering and project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

*Plant location will be in Tarlac (2 years contract)
