About the role As part of the Netskope Finance organization, you will streamline, enhance and automate our Licensing and Entitlement process through the development of a complete SaaS solution that ensures correct revenue recognition. What you will be doing Working hours schedule: Monday to Friday: 16:00 - 24:00 Philippine Standard Time. Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Golang. Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes clusters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications. Implement best practices for software development and infrastructure management. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Write and maintain technical documentation. Administer, configure, and support all aspects of the Licensing, Entitlement and Provisioning (LEP) automation tool. Proactively monitor for and troubleshoot all LEP impacting issues to resolve. Manage and execute against the sprint plan and release framework. Manage and maintain the LEP tool, all technical components of the tool, UI and database. Work cross-functionally as needed with other technical teams to execute on technical solutions and integrations with other Netskope applications. Act as the technical resource to understand requirements, design and support for all aspects of the Licensing, Entitlement and Provisioning process and tool. Be willing to wear multiple hats as part of a small team. Support the business needs including month end and quarter end. Keep abreast of latest technologies and web methodologies which could be used in the Netskope product in future. Required skills and experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Golang developer. Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native applications. In-depth understanding of microservices architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.
