Position: Business Development Director

Department: Business Development

Location: Clark Global City, Pampanga, Philippines

Reporting To: CEO

Layer: Executive

Responsibilities

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan for prospective and existing clients that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales revenue targets within named existing and prospective client accounts.
Setting individual sales and activity targets with members of the business development team, client account management, and the digital and direct marketing teams.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the business development and client account management to maintain and increase annuity and non-recurring revenue sources.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation through digital and direct marketing teams.
Providing ongoing training to the business development and client account managers.
Developing the sales team through motivation, goal setting, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Aligning target clients and prospective clients with service offerings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience in planning and implementing business development, lead generation and client management strategies.
Experience managing and directing personnel at different stages of the sales cycle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great client experience service.
Ability to lead a business development effort globally to the customers.
