Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling the company’s products or services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts
- Achieve outlined revenue and customer satisfaction targets
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams; identify vertical market solutions
- Maintain/manage relationships with key strategic clientele
- Identify, solicit and qualify potential strategies with major existing accounts
- Communicate customer & sales commitments to the Supervisor/Operational department on time
- Proactive response to clients; result-oriented with optimal customer satisfaction
- Full sales function: preparing quotations and gathering market intelligence
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver client needs
- Relationship management, presales activities including proposal preparation, presentation, and contract negotiation
- Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development for IT Services with a proven track record
- Strong knowledge and connections in the IT industry
- Background in Staff Augmentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful with demonstrated leadership qualities
