About the role
As a Field Auditor at DCD Foods Franchising OPC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence of our franchise locations across Angeles City, Pampanga. This full-time position will have you travelling to our franchise sites to conduct comprehensive audits, provide guidance and support to franchisees, and identify areas for improvement to uphold our high standards of quality and customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct on-site audits of franchise locations to evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards

  2. Provide franchisees with constructive feedback and recommendations for enhancing their operations

  3. Assist franchisees in implementing corrective actions and best practices to address any identified issues

  4. Collaborate with the central franchise support team to develop training programmes and resources to drive continuous improvement

  5. Maintain detailed records of audit findings and follow-up actions

  6. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the overall franchise system

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a field auditing, quality assurance or operational excellence role, preferably within the food service or retail industry

  2. Strong understanding of franchise operations, compliance requirements and best practices

  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues

  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with franchisees and provide effective guidance

  5. Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage multiple priorities effectively

  6. Demonstrable commitment to upholding high standards of quality and customer service
