Your Role As an Accountant, you will: A/P Expenses Process credit card and out-of-pocket expenses, ensuring accurate accounting and tax treatment. Conduct weekly follow-ups for approvals and completion of expense reports. Reconcile expense transactions and resolve any discrepancies. A/P Bills Enter and code supplier bills into Lightyear and NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage supplier queries and follow up for bill approvals. Create manual invoices or credit memos when necessary. Bank Reconciliation Upload and reconcile credit card transactions regularly. Investigate and resolve reconciling items promptly. Ensure all bank transactions are accurately reflected in financial records. Accounts Mailbox Manage the shared accounts mailbox and respond to finance-related inquiries. Prioritize and delegate incoming requests appropriately. Maintain organized communication records for audit purposes. Month-End Closing Prepare month-end calendar, roll over reconciliation files, and post provisions and accruals. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and revenue reconciliation. Handle intercompany, leasing, and hybrid customer invoicing. Other / Adhoc Process fortnightly payroll and issue credit memos as required. Supervise the finance assistant and support team operations. Manage customer contracts and update details in Cloud. What You Need Non-negotiables At least 3 years experience in a financial accounting role Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset. Proficient communicator (written and verbal) with experience in NetSuite and a desire to learn and expand skills.
