Content and Graphic Design Analyst Location: Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines Position Summary Part of the global marketing center of excellence, this role is responsible for the design of animated, static, and interactive multimedia. The digital design role provides visual solutions to marketing communication needs and applies Vertiv’s branding language consistently across different formats. The role handles complex projects, ensures strong brand compliance on all graphic assets, and works closely with other design colleagues to innovate processes. Responsibilities Develop compelling interactive content that satisfies strategic objectives for internal clients across a range of products, thought leadership, and other use cases. Design paid‑media animated banners, static and animated social‑media graphics, interactive infographics, and micro‑content for the Vertiv website. Create illustrations and diagrams to explain concepts that are difficult to convey by other means. Provide digital files for web and other placements. Strive to deliver creative, accurate projects per published graphic‑design standards, within requested timeframes. Balance brand consistency with effective communication. Store source files and finished collateral in the designated repository for publishing and archiving, ensuring other marketers can leverage the efforts. Adhere to standard best‑practice file‑handling procedures within the graphic‑design team in the brand and reputation COE. Track projects and tasks using the Vertiv marketing collaboration system (Wrike); provide timely updates to stakeholders and management. Qualifications 3 or more years of general design experience. 2‑3 years of experience specializing in interactive and visual design. General expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite. Experience creating and exporting animated HTML web banners using Adobe Animate or Adobe After Effects. Understanding of file‑size optimization for web design. Understanding of design principles and how to apply them. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of interaction design and user‑centered experience design, including fundamentals of information architecture, hierarchy, and layout. The ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi‑task, and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail. Strong communication skills working with clients and colleagues. Additional / Preferred Qualifications Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly, and to present visual projects to the leadership team. Can conduct need‑finding sessions to guide the organization regarding graphic‑design and visual communication needs. Can organize multiple tasks and possesses strong organizational skills.
