We’re looking for a Junior React Engineer with strong technical support skills to join our team. You’ll be supporting users of our AI agentic platform , which acts as a virtual CTO and developer—transforming project briefs, mockups, or screenshots into working full-stack applications. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited about both hands-on coding and user support , and is eager to grow in a modern AI-first product environment. Responsibilities Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues related to the AI agentic development platform. Provide technical support to users building full-stack apps (React frontend + Python/FastAPI backend). Reproduce bugs, analyze stack traces, and identify possible root causes. Research and understand technical problems encountered by non-technical users. Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback and improve the user experience. Requirements 1+ year of experience with React.js in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript development environment. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Good communication skills; English level B2 or higher. Ability to work night shifts and occasional holidays (on rotation). Willingness to visit Cebu or Manila office in emergency situations (very rare).
