- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk operations.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (WordPress, HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and network fundamentals.
- Good understanding of website maintenance, SEO basics, and content management principles.

- Collaborate with other IT staff to improve user experience and system performance.
