JOB TITLE: Visual/Graphic Designer & Animator REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager LOCATION: Remote (PH) Type: Full-time or Part-time POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Visual/Graphic Designer & Animator with exceptional skills in illustration, animation, and design to bring bold, imaginative concepts to life across multiple Web3 brands. You’ll collaborate closely with MCA’s core team and clients to craft bold, cohesive visual identities that resonate across social media, marketing campaigns, and community-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Design digital assets including social media graphics, illustrations, infographics, animations and web banners. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends. Produce short-form animations, GIFs, and motion content that enhance storytelling and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals for campaigns, pitch decks, Web3 community activations, and branded merchandise. Maintain organized files, proper version control, and timely delivery of all creative outputs. Translate abstract concepts, technical Web3 ideas, and creative briefs into visually engaging and on-brand content. Contribute to building a strong visual identity that stands out in the Web3 ecosystem. Conceptualize and create original brand mascots or character(s) that reflect the MCA’s clients mission, values, and resonate with Web3-native audiences. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, multimedia arts or related field is required . 3–5+ years of marketing experience, with an understanding of the Web3 ecosystem. Strong portfolio showcasing graphics, illustration, mascot design, and animated content . Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Portfolio of work required Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex, technical, or abstract Web3 concepts into accessible and engaging visuals. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills Strong time-management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Experience in UI animations, social media content, or ad creatives. COMPENSATION Competitive salary range, based on experience. Base salary paid bi-weekly. Regular performance based & discretionary bonuses provided. Year-end profit/revenue share bonus opportunities.
