Role Description This is a full-time on-site or work-from-home role for a Inpatient/Outpatient - Medical Coder located in Subic or Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. The Medical Coder will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing patient health records, assigning standard codes for diagnoses and treatments, and ensuring data accuracy for billing and reporting purposes. The role involves close collaboration with healthcare providers to clarify and validate information, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medical coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.
