About the job

As a Senior Frontend Developer , you will take the lead in building and optimizing user interfaces for our web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of modern front-end development practices, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining a high-quality codebase.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure robust, reliable applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks to continuously improve processes and deliverables.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other frontend developers.
  • Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services seamlessly.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in HTML5 , CSS3 (Sass/Less) , and JavaScript (ES6+) .
  • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React , Vue.js , or Angular .
  • Strong understanding of state management libraries such as Redux, Pinia, or Vuex.
  • Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack , Vite , or similar.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling (e.g., Axios, Fetch API).
  • Proficiency in Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex web applications at scale.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge using TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of version control systems (preferably Git).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
