Overview

Manager/consultant for Metal Fabrication.

• Oversee the entire operations of the Metal Fabrication Section to ensure a smooth, efficient, and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
• Ensure output meets quality standards.
• Perform Production Control (monitoring output, tool life and usage, delivery schedule; improve output and quality control capability; monitor manpower).
• Understand drawings and customer requirements.
• Train/educate machinists in CNC machining, grinding, wire cutting, milling, and lathe.
• Manage and lead the team.
• Conduct cost analysis of products and manage/reduce production costs.
• Assess existing advantages/weaknesses and develop appropriate business plans.
• Execute the business plan.
• Establish employee goals; conduct performance reviews and evaluations.
• Participate in management committee discussions and policy formulation.
• Maintain high professionalism and business ethics.
• Perform tasks assigned by the immediate head.

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least five (5) years of managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
• Good organizational leadership; listening and speaking skills.
• Competency in planning and organizing, decision-making, flexibility and self-initiative.
