TQM Supervisor
Job description
Prepare and assist in development of audit plans/ schedules.
Conduct management system audit / formulates, evaluates and monitors quality system performance for continuous improvement.
Provide effective leadership in coordinating projects and policy development activities.
Determination and implementation of company policy; conduct analyses of a wide range of customer policies and requirements involving organization, procedures, and services.
Prepare clear and concise reports and recommendations and present them effectively both in written and oral form.
Supports Customer Audit Quality System & document requirements.
Supports Supplier Audit Quality System & Document requirements
Monitors the completion of audits from audit planning to closure of Corrective and Preventive Action Report (CPAR).
Ensure CPAR investigations are conducted and root causes are identified.
Present audit reports to top management, as needed.
Provides Total Quality Management trainings/ orientation to related employees.
Plan and implement company Safety and Environment Programs
Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the department.

Job Requirements:
At least two (2) years auditing experience in a manufacturing company
Experience with International Standards requirements
Proficiency in ISO 9001 standard and variants
Knowledgeable with auditing tools (e.g., Control Charts, Fishbone diagram, Turtle diagram, etc.)
Data analysis, objective-thinking, judgment and leadership skills
Schedule-orientated (able to consistently maintain schedules and meet deadlines) Detail‐oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledgeable in use of computers and applicable software (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook, etc.)
Experience as PCSO in a manufacturing set-up is a plus.
