Account Manager for Digital Advertising

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Account Manager to join our client in the digital advertising field. This role serves as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns while fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and building long-term relationships through excellent customer service. Conduct regular meetings and provide campaign updates.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns that align with client goals. Monitor performance and implement adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Strategic Development: Develop comprehensive campaign strategies tailored to client objectives. Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative solutions while staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and workflow.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze campaign data to generate insights and provide clients with detailed performance reports, including key metrics analysis.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of account management experience in a digital advertising environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Exceptional organizational and project management skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Analytical and Technical Proficiency Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, project management software (Asana, Trello), and CRM systems. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Soft Skills: Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving aptitude under pressure, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation in digital advertising.
