Technical Recruiter (UK Recruitment Firm, WFH) Power Mac Center is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT or technical positions. Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms (job boards, social media, company website). Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. Represent the company in job fairs and campus recruitment events. Provide recruitment reports and metrics as needed by the Recruitment Supervisor. Support employer branding and internal referral initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with professionalism. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment. Experience in retail, tech, or related industry recruitment is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing platforms is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
