Overview

The Leasing Supervisor provides over-all support in the implementation and monitoring of strategies and projects for leasing operations that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the handled mall/s guided by organization protocols and regulatory requirements of the country.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business-related courses;
  • With 1-2 years' experience in leasing or retail management or significant exposure to a similar industry;
  • With excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, personable, detail-oriented, and demonstrates integrity, dependability and accountability;
  • Work location is at Puerto Princesa City.
