Textbook Writer

Responsibilities

• Serve as co-author for the company’s Mathematics textbook
• Serve as co-author for Grade 7 English in Philippine Literature
• Develop and curate lesson plan aligned with the current curriculum
• Collaborate with the Research and Development Editor throughout the editorial process to meet company standards
• Adhere to assigned deadlines for unit submissions in coordination with the R&D team

• Relevant Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Mathematics, Secondary Education major in Mathematics or similar
• Relevant Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Philippine Literature or similar with teaching experience
• Prior publication and teaching experience in Mathematics is preferred but not required
• Strong expertise in Mathematics for basic education
• Knowledge of the DepEd Revised K-10 curriculum and other core teaching pedagogies
• Proficiency in using Google Guides and MS Word
• Willing to collaborate with other authors
