POSITION TITLE: Operations Manager (BPO – US Account) WORK LOCATION: Alabang, Muntinlupa City WORK SETUP: Full-Time, Onsite JOB SUMMARY: Oversees daily business activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. They lead teams, manage resources, and implement processes that improve productivity and quality. This role involves coordinating across departments, managing multiple client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The Operations Manager also addresses operational challenges and drives continuous improvement to support the company’s goals and growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: – Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. – Manage multiple client accounts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. – Lead and motivate operational teams to achieve targets. – Develop and implement process improvements for better performance. – Coordinate cross-departmental activities and resources. – Monitor key performance indicators and prepare operational reports. – Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company policies. – Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. – Minimum 1–3 years of solid experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) setup. – Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and accounts effectively. – Excellent leadership and team management abilities. – Proven experience in stakeholder management and client relationship building. – Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges swiftly. – Good communication skills, both verbal and written. – Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. – Proficient in using Microsoft Office and operations management software. – Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
