Responsibilities
  • Provides analytic reports and studies to stakeholders, including but not limited to: assists business units in determining reporting needs, maintains databases and updates as needed, analyzes current processes to identify improvement opportunities, increases efficiency and quality, reduces risks, analyzes trends, causes and variances, and creates/distributes routine reports
  • Responds to inquiries and shares information with peers, functional groups, staff and management within and outside departments
  • Performs analytical tasks and develops standard reports; provides reports to management
  • Addresses problems and makes routing recommendations
  • Documents, reviews, and assesses the adequacy of existing production processes
  • Conducts process evaluation and development studies
  • Validates monthly incentive program results
  • Performs other duties as required by management
Handling Workforce Team
  • Create and maintain reports such as Capacity Planning, Schedule Interval Report, and other workforce-related reports; ensure timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain report templates requested by operations (daily reports, scorecards, productivity files, etc.)
  • Manage a team of Workforce specialists to meet performance, attendance and productivity goals; develop a high-performance team
  • Make decisions on workforce escalated issues
  • Attend workforce-related meetings (e.g., Capacity Planning, Management meetings)
  • Communicate with other departments to improve processes or minimize workloads
  • Build professional relationships with operational leaders (manager, supervisor, team lead)
  • Other job-related duties as required
