Job Description

  • Will oversee production prompt schedule and monitor efficiency
  • Will calculate and measure inputs and outputs of production
  • Will supervise production staff to be orderly, clean and in task.
  • Will monitor and troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform calibration adjustments
  • Will maintain overall orderliness and cleanliness of assigned area/s
  • Prepares reports and collects data for senior supervisors
  • Preventive maintenance of any production equipment
  • Close coordination with other personnel such as quality control, human resources, warehouse and senior supervisors
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Develop detailed design for HVAC, hydronics, compressed air, controls and building automation systems.
  • Perform load calculations, pressure drops, and energy modeling to ensure systems are efficient and compliant.
  • Ensure designs meet local codes, sustainability targets, and safety standards.
  • Use 2D and 3D drafting/modelling software tools to create layouts, schematics, details and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Build proficiency in REVIT and other software used in the design process.
  • Perform the tasks within the agreed-upon budget and schedule.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as directed by senior engineers.
  • Follow company standards and procedures including design and checking.
  • Preparing all the necessary drawings for the specific phase of projects (reports, 2D plans, schematics, equipment sections and elevations, connection details, schedules etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and calculation software.
  • Medium English language skills.
  • Eager to learn new capabilities and skills.
  • Knowledge of ASME standards is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design for process equipment. Experience in buildings (HVAC), system integrators and manufacturing may also be considered.
