SMDC Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines SAP FRE Manager The SAP FRE manager is responsible for leading the solution design; provides expert guidance across real estate and lease management processes; ensures integration with other SAP modules; mentors team members and manages deliverables. Duties and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FRE functionalities. Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Manage full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Mentor and review work of mid, regular, and entry-level FRE functionals. Collaborate with FI, CO, and PS. Offer post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize configurations. Manage integration of SAP with third-party and non-ERP systems. Job Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 7-10+ years of experience in SAP FRE module implementation and support, including full-cycle implementations. Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Strong understanding of integration with FI, CO, and PS. Experience in real estate or construction industry is strongly preferred.
